many of these under trials have spent more time in jail than the sentence they would have got had they been convicted for the crime they were arrested for, which is against the law of the land.
“fact of the matter is so true, the politicians and judges have created a shield around them and no one can challenge so that they can do corruption freely and put into jail anyone who challenges them ... price for democracy that common man has to pay....”
After a long 13 years of trail, finally Salman was declared
guilty and punished......Alas!!!! Got a bail from High court in 3 hours!!!!
Is the same privilege available for a common man???? Answer
is NO.
As per a statistics, almost over 2.5 lakh under trials
are languishing in jails across the country. As a matter of fact Indian judiciary
system is NOT as proactive in case of a common prisoner or the poor.
According to the government's own calculation, many of these under trials have spent more time in jail than the sentence they would have got had they been convicted for the crime they were arrested for, which is against the law of the land.
Some of these under trials are petty thieves and rag pickers and can't afford bail bond for which they continue to languish in prison. In many cases, under trials have been jailed for more than a decade without their cases being listed for trial. There is no comprehensive central data bank yet on the number of under trials, the number of years they have been behind bars and nature of their crime
Fact of SALMAN KHAN (He has even SLAPPED his FEMALE friends
in Public)
Did SALMAN do any charity before the 2002 incident? He has
been best known for is egomaniac, grouchy and quarrelsome personality. He has
been often in NEWS for all bad reasons, for example, indulge in Fight in a
party, Slapping his female friends and co-starts in public.
This entire Being Human even his adopted sister marriage with
such a huge Hype and Fan Fare (Please note that for his real sister marriage
there was no news and NO Hype. So why this time!!!) It gives the
impression that he did charity only to use it as an excuse in court to evade
justice. Even if he has genuinely helped people he still has to face justice
because good karma does not cancel out bad karma. He will get his rewards for
his good karma but also has to suffer for his bad karma.
What did he gain by trying to evade justice for so long? He lived for 13 years with fear of law and now has to serve 5 years in jail. If Salman had been wise and honest, he would have confessed to his crime immediately and got away with a minimum sentence, finished his jail term long ago and could have been living happily now. People may have accepted that he had turned over a new leaf and was a decent man now. But he dragged the case for 13 years and his reputation is tarnished.
Most Bollywood celebs support him because he has power and influence and they are afraid that he will ruin their careers if they speak against him

BEING HUMAN (More of a lifestyle brand than a charity
organization)
BEING HUMAN, as a matter of fact was a PR activity to
improvise Salman’s image. I have seen more outlets of it having a premium price
tag, and never seen his camp or volunteer working for some cause.
I am unwilling to write but can’t
hold my temptation to write that “fact of
the matter is so true, the politicians and judges have created a shield around
them and no one can challenge so that they can do corruption freely and put
